| Q | Does joining Democrats Abroad obligate me to do volunteer work or anything else? |
| A | No. We are an organization whose purpose it is to help those eligible to vote in American elections get the necessary information needed to obtain absentee ballots and stay informed. Democrats Abroad does not expect anything from you! In fact, the reverse it the case. We are an informational organization and are here to serve you.

| Q | How much are the dues? |
| A | Membership is free.

| Q | What if I want to do some volunteer work? |
| A | For those who manage to find time in their schedules and are so inclined we do encourage it. For those interested, a sign-up form can be found by clicking “Volunteer” on the menu to your left.

| Q | Am I expected to make donations? |
| A | No. Again while we do not expect you make donations, but because money is the mothers milk of politics, we do therefore encourage you to do so.

| Q | What is your privacy policy? |
| A | The information that you provide Democrats Abroad is used for providing you with information and enabeling you to vote in primary elections.

| Q | Does membership in Democrats Abroad entitle me to vote in general elections? |
| A | No. For that you must sign up for an absentee ballot. You may do so by going to http://www.votefromabroad.org/ and following the directions. |
